All visits with Dr. Rolfe are private, out-of-pocket services. Dr. Rolfe does not submit claims to Medicare or private insurers. However, patients may attempt to submit invoices to their private (non-medicare) insurance at their discretion, but any reimbursement is determined solely by the insurance plan. A superbill will be provided upon request.

A simple, clear agreement will be provided before your visit so you know exactly what’s included and how payment works – no surprises.
