Note: All visits with Dr. Rolfe are private, out-of-pocket services. She has formally opted out of Medicare and is not contracted with any private insurance.

This means:  Dr. Rolfe does not submit claims to Medicare or private insurers.  Patients may attempt to submit invoices to their private insurance at their discretion, but any reimbursement is determined solely by the insurance plan.

Please note: In certain cases, such as when an attorney or insurance carrier is involved, Dr. Rolfe may provide invoices or reports directly to those parties as part of lien or personal-injury work.

A simple, clear agreement will be provided before your visit so you know exactly what’s included and how payment works.
